Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has directed the officials to ensure that grain is not sold at a price lower than the Minimum Support Price (MSP). CM YS Jagan held a review meeting on the Agriculture Department. On this occasion, after reviewing the plant doctor concept, he gave key instructions to the ministers and officials.

CM said that the role of millers in the purchase of grain is being removed and the procurement of grain should be done so as to provide maximum benefits to the farmers. The collection should continue in the most robust manner using e-cropping data. He suggested that Civil Supplies Department should be linked with Agriculture Department and take appropriate measures to ensure that good is done to farmers. CM YS Jagan has ordered the officials to be ready in every way for Rabi. He advised to prepare all kinds of fertilizers, seeds, etc. required by the farmers. He also advised to prepare an action plan to keep one drone in every RBK. The CM ordered to ensure that drones are installed in all RBKs in the next two years.
