USPA NEWS - This year, the Conservative Party is returning to the Manchester Central and the Midland Hotel for four days of speeches, debates and receptions, and a packed schedule of fringe events. Members and activists will also get to hear first-hand the Prime Minister's highly-anticipated closing speech.
