Conservatives regained if elections were repeated in Spain

USPA NEWS - Nearly fifty days after the holding of legislative elections of December 20, 2015, in Spain, an official survey showed that if elections were repeated, the conservative Popular Party (PP) would be the winner.

However, the support of conservative voters would remain at the same levels as in December, as the PP would get 29.8% of the vote, an almost identical result then. The other parties, the extreme left populist displayed in Podemos record a notable rise, to get 21.9% of the vote, above those achieved on December 20. Podemos become the second political force in Spain and exceed expectations to vote in the Socialist Party.

The Socialists lost 1.5% of the vote and would get a meager 20.5% of the vote. This would be the worst result in its history, worse than that obtained in December and he held that sad title. Meanwhile, the centrist Citizens remain in fourth place and lost only one tenth compared to December, achieving 13.2% of the vote. With this deal, the Spanish political landscape does not clarify and, as is happening now, covenants would be needed to ensure good governance.

The leader highest rated in the survey of the Center for Sociological Research (CIS its acronym in Spanish) is the Communist Alberto Garzon, of the United Left. Would lower positions in popular perception the acting Prime Minister and leader of the PP, Mariano Rajoy, and the General Secretary of the Socialist Party, Pedro Sanchez. The survey also reveals that unemployment and corruption are the problems that most concern to the Spanish. Low concern for the former and increase the latter.
