"I was leading French diplomacy with pride and I had served with happiness," said Laurent Fabius with a voice trembling with emotion, before being applauded by parliamentarians in "standing ovation" for his last speaking at the 'National Assembly. Indeed, the French Minister of Foreign Affairs, left his ministry yesterday, after chairing the COP21, invested thoroughly in this environmental mission, that issued the brilliant success by the historic agreement signed on 12-12-2015. LAURENT FABIUS HAS LEFT HIS MINISTRY AFTER 40 YEARS OF A BRILLIANT POLICY COURSE------------------ Laurent Fabius, chose to chair the Constitutional Council (Which is the highest Court of State in France) also called on the "Council of Elders" or "Council of wisemen", the highest authority in jurisprudence, democratic. He thus replaces Jean Louis Debre. It is thanks to the French President of the Republic Francois Hollande, who even offered him this prestigious and honorary position, "Chairman of the Council of State"-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "I just want to thank everyone who in this house that is a beating heart of democracy." Feeling this emotion, Laurent Fabius perfectly stayed dignified and shorten this final appearance by responding Elisabeth Giguou who questioned him about the current situation in Syria. That's a matter of good war, which Laurent Fabius replied: "There is a terrifying brutality of Bashar Al Assad regime"

LAURENT FABIUS IN A TOUCHING NEW START WORTHY OF SUCCESS VIVID OF THE COP21 AGREEMENT --- Laurent Fabius made his emotional parting, in dignity, he will have succeeded its goal of COP21, ending a historic agreement in Paris le Bourget on 12 December 2015. The "Marathon Man", who was labelled by the media, after countless entire travels worldwide to prepare for the COP, which was held in Paris, just after the events of November 13, 2015. The tough decision of the President of the Republic has been good and that is more courageous to stand facing the barbarism terrorism "in the maintaining of COP21, with a Policeman device outside the norm, and with intelligently transfer the protests around COP21, outside the French frontiers. Thus numerous reactions worldwide were set up with their marches, and show of solidarity remotely from Paris, in a beautiful gesture of courageous and tenacity. Maintaining this special COP21, in such a tragic context of Paris attacks, was a big step considering the important challenge so vital for the Planet and its inhabitants. The bet was successful. Tomorrow, Friday, Laurent Fabius alongside Christiana Figueras, Secretary General of the UNFCCC, richly deserved for this title. They shall be both receiving an award for the keeping of high standards of the COP21, when he chaired under the best auspices in terms of safety and in particular other aspects.

We never have seen Laurent Fabius so happy, soothed and serene, because he is carrying out a big turn, by negotiating skillfully in continuing to chair the COP21 until a relay to be transmitted to his counterpart Salaheddine Mezouar, Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs, at the COP 22 to be held on 17 November in Marrakech.------------------------------------------------- Laurent Fabius is therefore not erased from the TV screens, and eyes of journalists will still keen on him, as he maintains an office at the Quai D'Orsay, for the reasons of the Presidency of COP21. Laurent Fabius, who started his political life in 1978, at the National Assembly as he was a very young member of the Socialist Party, elected, and some years later, appointed by Francois Mitterrand, as the youngest prime minister is 37 years old, having been also Minister budget ... Then, after many 28 years later, in 2012, another Francois, (Hollande) French President of the Republic appointed him foreign minister. Decidedly "Francois" is a good lucky charm to him and France's okay too, to lead this old house, a showcase of the finest French diplomacies. Manuel Valls Prime Minister also has greeted Laurent Fabius, at the chamber today, "This is an opportunity for me and the President of the Republic this morning at the council of ministers to greet Laurent Fabius. President Hollande offered him the position of Chairman of the Constitutional Council. He has both led a career of politician and of a State man, and especially his work at the head of French diplomacy. "This intervention about Laurent Fabius caused a first thunderous applause (Essentially deputies left).

The other big issue to be tackled by Laurent Fabius, as a Foreign Affairs Minister is the armed conflict in Syria, which is bogged down for 5 years already causing millions of exiles from Syria to unknown and hostile land to the borders of Europe that it will regulate in "firmness and humanity". Even if there were also several projects to complete as the crisis in Ukraine, initiated by President Francois Hollande via the "Normandy format", unpublished quartet is however not completed yet, despite the Minsk agreement that followed. The next Foreign Affairs minister, will be in charge of this tough work to continue and finish in this sense at least, with the the help of French diplomatic to strengths of mobilisations to fight against DAECH (ISIS) as well as terrorism, elsewhere. History will remember most the passage of Laurent Fabius, during the Presidency of Francois Hollande, for the obvious success of outcome of a unique and historic agreement to fight against climate change despite the difficult and tragic context of attacks in Paris on November 13, of the same year, 2015.------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A page of history will now be written about it is on, hoping that a few years later spending few times, at the "Council of Elders", Laurent Fabius will draw more wisdom, not by its current age 70, but at least through the image of this great challenge of having caused that the COP21 takes place in France and prepare as eagerly and methodology to get there. He printed an important part of diplomacy to lead such negotiations flying high, involving the UN countries to sign together for the planet. The job was done, well done.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ See also article : THE FOREIGN MINISTRY ORGANISED THE 6TH EDITION OF OPEN-DAY OF JOBS IN DIPLOMACY- 4500 VISITORS IN 2015 SAYS ROMAIN NADAL - See more at: http://www.uspa24.com/bericht-7139/the-foreign-ministry-organised-the-6th-edition-of-open-day-of-jobs-in-diplomacy.html#sthash.CuTRiTMz.dpuf
