USPA NEWS - On the occasion of the publication of his "The greed manual for restaurants of application ", the leadership of the Ministry of Justice in charge of the Judicial Protection of Youth (PJJ) has organized a culinary event in the presence of Jean-Jacques Urvoas, Minister of Justice, and Thierry Marx.

This operation aims to enhance the potential and the investment of youth in care, as well as employability actions conducted by agents of the Judicial Youth Protection. The different tasting booths were run by professionals of the judicial protection of minors (PJJ) and thirty youth in care in educational units of daytime activities (UEAJ). The opportunity to highlight the educational virtues workshops catering and room service. There are 24 enforcement restaurants in the gourmet guide PJJ.

OPENING EVENT HOSTED GUESTS AND TEN TASTING BOOTHS MANAGED BY 30 YOUNGSTERS UNDER JUDICIAL PROTECTION---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- During the Opening of the event the guests: 10 tasting booths manned by thirty young people under judicial protection, supported in educational units of daytime activities (UEAJ), and educational staff.
