Infanta Cristina de Borbon asked his acquittal in the trial of the case Noos

USPA NEWS - The defense of the Infanta Cristina de Borbon, sister of the King of Spain, Philip VI, asked Tuesday the Court to judge the 'case Noos' for several corporate crimes and crimes against public finances, the acquittal of his client and requested that punish the union Clean Hands for accusing her.
The lawyer of the Infanta, Pau Molins, presented his findings and asked the Court to acquit his client, against which there is no evidence that he committed any crime, he said, and because he returned the money allegedly used illegally. He also asked that the union Clean Hands, which holds the private prosecution and is the only thing keeping the charge against the Infanta, for asking for a sentence of eight years in prison, to pay Court costs for accusing order the Infanta when there is no criminal case against her. Meanwhile, former president of the regional Government of the Balearic Islands and former Spanish Minister of Environment Jaume Matas, admitted two counts of misappropriation of public funds and fraud to management and requested a sentence of seven months in prison replaceable a fine. Following the arguments of the defense, the trial enters its final phase. Infanta Cristina de Borbon and his husband will only have to return to Court again to hear the sentence.
