USPA NEWS - The 71st regular session of the General Assembly of the UN was officially opened Tuesday, September 20, 2016 in New York in the US. The Secretary General of the Ban Ki-moon called on heads of state to serve the people and recalled the disastrous situation of Syria conflict.

The Secretary General of the Ban Ki-moon called on heads of state to serve the people and recalled the disastrous situation of Syria conflict.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The general debate of the regular session of the General Assembly of the United Nations began Tuesday in New York under the chairmanship of Fijian Peter Thomson.
