Francois Hollande said that India has played a leading role in the adoption of this agreement, in December 2015. It has also launched, with France, the International Solar Alliance, which will contribute to achieving the objectives of the Agreement of Paris by facilitating access to solar energy.“ French President Hollande declared. ----------------------------------------------------- To enter into force, the agreement reached in Paris in December 2015 must be ratified by at least 55 countries accounting for 55% of greenhouse gas emissions.
